Alireza Noroozi

I am an AI Engineer at 310.ai specializing in Computational Biology, where I work on cutting-edge protein design deep learning models and develop AI-driven solutions for biological applications. My research focuses on the intersection of machine learning and biology, with particular expertise in protein language models, antibody design, and federated learning for medical applications.

I graduated from Sharif University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (GPA: 17.68/20), where I conducted research on paratope prediction using protein language models. I have published research in prestigious journals including Nature Scientific Reports and IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics, focusing on antibody prediction and federated learning applications for Parkinson’s disease clinical assessments.

My research interests include large language models for biological sequences, protein design models, and antibody design. I have been awarded the 2024 Vector Scholarship for MSc Entrance at York University (valued at 17,500 CAD) and have received Bronze (2018) and Silver (2019) medals in Iran’s national Mathematical Olympiad.

Currently, I am developing innovative AI solutions for protein binders design, taxonomy prediction models, and AI chatbot backends using LLM calling tools, contributing to the advancement of computational biology and personalized medicine.
